Acceptance of these terms

These terms of use (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Dealiomap Ltd, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom (“DealioMap”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using dealiomap.com (the “Site”) you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the Site.

What DealioMap is — and is not

DealioMap is an independent travel-planning publication. We research destinations, resorts and itineraries and publish editorial recommendations. We are not a travel agency, tour operator or booking platform: we do not sell flights, accommodation or package holidays, we do not process bookings and we do not take payments for travel services. Any bookings you make are concluded directly with third-party providers under their own terms.

Eligibility

The Site’s travel content is available to everyone. The social games section is strictly limited to visitors aged 18 or over. By opening any game on that page, you confirm you have reached the age of 18. We reserve the right to restrict access to age-gated content at our discretion.

Permitted use

You may browse the Site, share links to its pages and print or save extracts for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• copy, scrape or republish substantial parts of the Site without written permission;
• use automated tools to harvest content or data from the Site;
• interfere with the Site’s operation, security or availability;
• upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems;
• use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law or these Terms.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — texts, photographs, illustrations, logos, page designs, data compilations and software — is owned by or licensed to Dealiomap Ltd and protected by copyright, trade-mark and database-right laws. The DealioMap name and logo may not be used without our prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence beyond the limited personal use described above.

Editorial content and accuracy

We work hard to keep budgets, seasons, entry requirements and other travel information accurate and current, re-checking material monthly. Travel conditions change quickly, however, and all content is provided for general guidance only. Always verify critical details — visas, health requirements, prices and availability — with official sources before booking or travelling. Editorial opinions are our own honest assessments.

Social games rules

The games in the social games section use virtual coins with no monetary value. Coins cannot be purchased, exchanged, transferred, redeemed or withdrawn; they exist purely as in-game score. We may reset balances, modify game mechanics or withdraw games at any time without notice. The games are a free entertainment feature, not a gambling product: no stake of monetary value is accepted and no money or money’s-worth prize is paid out by these games.

Affiliate and partner disclosure

The Site participates in affiliate partnership programmes. Pages such as the social games section contain partner links, and we may earn a commission when you click these links or interact with partner platforms. Affiliate relationships never determine our travel-editorial recommendations. Partner platforms operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which you should review before using them.

Third-party links

The Site links to external websites — booking providers, social networks, support organisations and partner platforms. These are provided for convenience only. We do not control external sites and accept no responsibility for their content, accuracy, security or practices. Following any external link is at your own discretion and risk.

User submissions

Where you submit content to us — chat messages, review texts or survey answers — you grant Dealiomap Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Site. You confirm your submissions are your own, are accurate to the best of your knowledge and do not infringe any third-party rights. We may moderate, edit or remove user content at our discretion.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that any information will meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dealiomap Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site — including losses connected with bookings made with third parties, travel decisions based on Site content or participation in partner programmes. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dealiomap Ltd, its directors and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities and reasonable legal costs arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site, except to the extent caused by our own negligence.

Changes and availability

We may update, restructure or remove any part of the Site at any time, and may amend these Terms by publishing a revised version with an updated date. Material changes will be flagged on the Site for at least 14 days. Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance. We may suspend the Site temporarily for maintenance or upgrades without liability.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident elsewhere in the UK may bring proceedings in their local courts where the law so provides.
